phgopal Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 Hi Everyone, My employer A has filed for H1b visa extension in dec 2012 and my visa is already expired and am currently working at a different client place , and now my visa got RFE and its still under review with my lawyers. During this time , can i transfer my visa to my client , i mean can i start the h1b transfer with with client without knowing it to my employer. thanks PH Link to comment
