I was on OPT EAD and applied for OPT extension under STEM 6 months back. I got RFE regarding OPT extension. I answered the RFE and waiting for decision. I used my 180 days i.e., until March 7 2013 of working on OPT EAD after when my first OPT expired on Sep 8 2012. I want to know whether I can work from March 8 2013 or not. If not then what kind of difficulties I will be facing in filing my H1.Please let me know what are the steps I need to follow to file my H1-b.Thank you. Regards, Raj Link to comment
