ranjit1786 Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 I am on h4 and I had applied for H1 this year. I got approved in Jan 2013 and entered US while on h4. Now, I don't have a client letter and I don't intend to travel to India because it is my first time stamping. Am I cap exempted as My employer's petition for my H1b was approved by USCIS, even though I never got h1b stamped? Also, Do I need to apply for another LCA? Link to comment
