Can aesthetician (beautician / cosmetologist) licensed in US apply for H1B Visa?

Hi,

I am from India and currently on H4 visa since last 4 years. I have completed my aesthetic and nail art(manicure / pedicure) course in US and obtained the license for the same. I was just wondering if I am eligible to apply for H1B visa. Salons are ready to sponsor me but I am not sure if I can apply for H1B with this specific skillset and if not then is there any visa that can permit me to work as an aesthetician?

I will really appreciate if I can get a quick response.

You can get an H1 for the job of a dump truck driver as long as the labor department approves the I-797. This relates to the potential company paying you the minimum wage for that job position and location (city/state) so to answer your question its yes.

For an H1, the job has to require at least a 4-year college degree, and the applicant has to have that degree.

Some courses are not enough.

Really?? So any person without a degree is eligible for H1 job??How can a dump truck driver job comes under specialty occupation??
