ravi84 Posted March 12, 2013 Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 Hi , While working with company 'A' in India[full time] , I'm going to US for a 3 month Business trip [i have B1 approved] and while in US I want to attend interviews and get a full-time offer from a decent company 'B' [not consultancies] and switch over to that company either through COS or Visa stamping in my home country. [ I held H1 in the past so it will be CAP exempt, I also had an MS degree, I've been working in my field relevant to my degree] . Will I have any problems getting/stamping for H1 ? - Siva Link to comment
