H1l2 Posted March 12, 2013 Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 Hi, I have L2 visa and EAD valid till Oct 2013. I got L2 from my spouse company which is different from mine. I am planning to travel to USA on L2 for 3 months till June 2013. My employer is planning to file my fresh H1b for 2013 year in April. My concern is-whether my working in USA on L2 EAd can pose any problems for my freash h1b application. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
