i guyz,

my H1b is going to expiry on sep 17th, so i am eligible for extension after mar 17th, i have asked my employer to apply LCA before 17th by keeping mar 17th as start date. but he is not doing so. he will apply for lca after 17th. will it be possible for apply LCA before 17th? and send H1b DOCS after 17th.

my H1b stamping is on may 6th, I need H1b ASAP. thanks in advance.
