DS-160 stamping question

Hello,

Question is regarding question "Have you ever been issued US visa"

I had issued 3 years of H1B visa (not stamped that's why not have visa #) and now 4th year of H1B (Going for Stamping).

Shall I put H1(starting date of 1st term) and check option "do not know"?

In my passport I have expired F1 visa also. (prior to H1)

Please advise.

You should enter your F1 Visa details. Doesn't matter even if its expired.
