dasariis Posted March 12, 2013 Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 I have an approved I-140 from my current employer but am moving to a new employer due to family reasons. My new employer only files in EB3 for most positions. Can I file under EB3 and yet port my priority date from my existing EB2 filing? Will there be any concerns/issues? Link to comment
