OPT to H1B: Master's CAP quota availability

Dear Friends,

I am currently on my OPT-Extension period and it ends in July. Recently i got full time offer and also offered to file my H1 for April. Before accepting full time i asked them on the specific date that they would be applying, they said it would be during last week of April or 1st week of May

Question:

1. Will Master's CAP quota be available during last week of April or 1st week of May?

2. Would it be risky to me if accepted offer?

3. Will i be eligible for General CAP quota?

4. If yes for above question, will General CAP quota still be available during last week of April or 1st week of May?

How would we know? We are not from the future...

There is no way to tell if the quota will be available at any point. once USCIS gets the required number of appications it will stop accepting application.

you can check the number of applications received on USCIS site.
