H-1b AMENDMENT

HI ALL, Thanks for you time.

I was approved my H-1B last year-2012 till 2015 with client A location(TN) and then I moved to client B location(IA).

I booked a appointment on May 1st for VISA stamping in Canada, I filled my DS-160 with current H-1B validity and My Employer is now file for AMENDMENT with current client B, few questionnaire..

1. My Employer started working on filing AMENDMENT, how long does this take to get approval from USCIS regular and premium.

2. Can i expect the same validity (3years or is dependent on USCIS).

3. When I get my approval notice, how long does it take to get receipt through mail?

4. What was direction I need do to update for my visa stamping? (New DS-160 and update required info on interview slot website.)

I applied in January for amendment through regular process, I got in 15 days. your new I797 will be the date from your new approval and end date will be same as your old one

May be lot of people will be applying for H1 from April may delay your amendment, better do premium

I am not sure about your 4th question
