There is no hard and fast rule for ds-160. All Qs need to be answered without hidding any issues. Try to as transparent as you can in DS-160. if they catch you, your life in US is half killed. experience - interview was at 930 am on 6th MAR, reached the consulate at 8 30 am. waited downstairs until 9 am. then sent to floor 1. DS-160 is verfied and my looses passport picture was handovered and they glued it to my ds-160 and waited for 1.5 hr to get my turn to go to Floor 20. Gave my finger prints at counter 3 and then waited for 15 mins to get my turn to meet the VO. Following is my interview process Q) Who is your employer? A) ABC Q) who is your end client? A) XYZ Q) I need your 2012 2011 w2s? A) passed it Q) why do you have 2w2s? A) Explained him with genuine reason Q) give ur lca? A) Passed Q) where is your end client? A) Wilton ct Q) what do you with them ? A) I work on datawarehousing lifecycle and help them in developing/Maintaining/Support the enterprise datawarehouse. Q) how much did you pay for h1 petition? A) some $.. But my employer takes care of all the h1petitions Q) give me ur i129 petition? A) he left for 3 mins and came back complaining about by employers payment record. Your visa is approved sir . You will receive it 2-3 days. My visa interview is held for 10 mins which is more than others. I am still waiting for the communication from loomis. Thanks Link to comment
