H4 Visa renewal after passport expiry

Hi folks,

My H1 is valid till Apr 2014. My I-140 has been approved so I can extend my visa for 3 years. My wife who's on H-4 got her visa stamped when she went to India last year and her visa is valid till Apr 2014 as well. Her passport was due to expire in Apr 2013 and she's now in India and has a new passport. Does she need to get her visa renewed again to come back to the US or will it suffice to carry her old and new passport and my I797?

All valid visas in old passport are valid until their expiration. Need to carry both pps.
