Doyen Posted March 12, 2013 Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 She can travel to US on her H4 anytine till her H4 Visa stamping is valid. But if you apply for H1 and then she travels on H4 then whole H1 process is in vains. As she will have new I-94 for her H4 while entering in US. Then again you have to applky for COS from H4 to H1. But if you get her H1 appoved now (before she travels to USA) she can come to USA on new H1 and her old H4 Visa stamp will be voided by Embassy. Link to comment
