I have 4.5 yrs of work experience in India . 1) what are the chances of my H1B getting approved as i do not hold an engineering/ science degree. 2) I have found a employer for whom i would be working as well who is ready to give me the client letter as well so any chances of h1b getting rejected . 3)what are the types of RFE raised by the USCIS.
