sdoshi
I started working in July 2011 with my employer and got placed immediately with an end - client(XX). The end client was implementing project at company ( YY) location; however the project was completely funded by end client( XX). The contact is between end client and vendor( ZZ) However while filing my H1 , lawyer has mentioned end client(XX) and the original vendor (ZZ) as vendors and the location where I am working (the implementation company: YY) as my end client on my I-129! Currently a week back I left the implementation location and am working on end client (XX) location . I have to go visa stamping in 45 days. Is the current I-129 ok to go with for stamping? rahul412
So your current work location is different from the one which is mentioned in I129. In this case you need to notify this change to USCIS before your interview. Link to comment
Hank_82
check with experienced immigration attorney .. Looks you would need to amend your petition as location change .. amendment should not be problem, if you have end-client letter specifying the correct location ...Is your end-client (XX) an implementation partner ? like, big 4 consulting company? .. 70mmmasti
as Hank_82 mentioned, you need to file your amendment. Contact your attorney immediately. Link to comment

mane
Contact your Attorney as mentioned by others to file an LCA amendment. It shouldn't take more than a week or two. Mine was done in a week. Hope this helps Link to comment
sdoshi
Attorney says only LCA change is need no amendment required since client is same only office changed 12 miles away. Does that sound reasonable?? Link to comment

mane
As far as i know, even if there is a change in office building (it refers to change of location) and you are supposed to file an LCA amendment. Please consult an attorney before going for stamping, as it could be a cause to trigger 221g. Link to comment
