Montreal Visa Stamping - super simple questions

Dear Ones,

This is for my wife renewing her H1B visa stamp. I am having a hard time figuring out 2 simple questions:

1. How & where can I visa appointment availability for Montreal? Can I get availability on April 4th if I book today being March 8th)

2. How long do we need to stay in Montreal? Will it be 4 or 5 working days to get visa. (I remember getting it in 1 day long time ago :))

3. Do we pick it up at Loomis office? And if so, which one is the best option?
