SA.J Posted March 8, 2013 Report Share Posted March 8, 2013 I am potential candidate for H1B visa this year. I have completed my Masters in US and I am currently on OPT visa until July. I do not qualify for the STEM extension. My formal job offer is currently pending. I wanted to understand that once I recieve this offer, how long would it take for me and my company to process the applications with the immigration attorney's to be able to make it in time for this year's quota. I also understand that the rush seems high this year, but because I am a Master's student and qualify for the separate quota, could you please shed some light on by what time should I have this job offer to be able to make it smoothly for this year's quota?
