_{^{I got through cap rounds and received a H1B approval Notice from my US employer.}}

_{^{I did not go for H1B stamping that time. Because of personal reasons I did not move to US.}}

_{^{Approval notice says valid from oct /2009 to sept/2009.}}

_{^{Considering H1B can be renewed once (6yrs timeline) and that I have already been through the cap round once; If i apply for H1b now with other employer, am I considered for H1B CAP Exempt. will I have to go through the CAP round again ?}}

_{^{Or renewal/extension of H1B can happen ?}}

_{^{Or Do I have to reapply now ?}}

Not sure you have given valid from - to dates? - "_{^{valid from oct /2009 to sept/2009."}}

Since you are already cap cpounted in 2009, any employer can process a cap exempt H1 petition with an immediate start date.
