My company has filed the extension of me and my spouse on May'12 and missed to file the extension for my daughter who is 14 months old. My company has filed the extension petition to backdate the i94 expiry date. I want to send my family to India, my wife has the approval notice and my daughter does not have approval notice or file number. Kindly let me know if the 3 year ban would be triggered if my minor daughter exits USA. Regards Sridhar Link to comment

Since she does not have the approval notice now, for the VISA stamping purpose, will my wife's H4 approval can be used for my daughter's VISA stamping in India or should I wait for the approval notice for my daughter.
