Applying for H1B while L1 extension application is in process

Hello,

Here is my situation.

- I am employed with Company-A in L1 visa.

- I have a job offer from Company-B and they will file H1B.

I don't know which application USCIS will process first.

My question is - will the two visa applications at the same time have a negative impact on my applications? Any advice on how I should sequence them?
