fin.naresh@gmail.com
Hi all, murthy forum has always been helpful for so many people. I am planning to send my wife for H4 Visa stamping. my question is do I need to give her my original I-797A to her when she goes for the interview? OR a copy is fine? I googled and I got both YES and NO. I am hoping whoever sent the original is just for safe side. I contacted the customer care, but they don't sound like knowledgeable about this. Does any one know about this from your recent experiences. Thank you. Link to comment
Attorney_25
Having the original approval notice is not an absolute requirement since your information should be in PIMS. Link to comment

Doyen
Original I-797 should always be with you. Just send a good color copy of it and that's more than enough. Link to comment
