F-2 visa questions-V Imp

Hello,

I graduate this May 2013 during which my current I-20 expires and the start date of my OPT is 1st July 2013 (for which I will receive a new OPT I-20). What will my status be between May 2013 and the start date of my OPT which is 1st July 2013?

I plan to get my husband here on an F-2 since we just got married. However should I get him on my current I-20 which is valid till May 2013.

OR

Should I get him right now on my OPT I-20 which the college can generate anytime?

OR

And since I have not yet even come close to the start date of my OPT will they want me to show an employment letter if I bring him on my OPT I-20?
