Travel with F1-VISA --any help is really appreciated

^{I have a couple of questions regarding my travel, any answers/suggestions are really appreciated.}

^{I am in OPT Extension right now and expires in June 2013. And also my F1-Visa expires in June 2013.}

^{I am planning to visit INDIA in May 2013. Following are the questions/concerns that I have:}

• ^{Is it possible for me to travel to INDIA in May with F1-Visa, even though my visa and OPT expires in June 2013?}
  
• ^{Also I am planning to apply for H1-B visa in April 2013, Can I travel using F1 Visa after my H1B is approved?}
  
• ^{Can I travel with my student visa if my H1B decision is still pending?}
  
• ^{Say if my visa approves in 2 weeks. Can I go to stamping immediately after the approval ? or I’ll have to wait until October 2013 to get the H1 visa stamped?}

Its not safe to travel outside the country with very short period left on your OPT. You did not mention your trip length however, if your H-1 petition gets approved then you can directly go for stamping and you can schedule your interview 90 days in advance of your H-1 start date(ie., Oct 1st).
