I had my Visa interview today at 10:00 AM. The following questions were asked at counter#4

1) What do you do for Employer XXX?

2) What does the client do?

3) Client Letter

4) W2

5) Do you stay close to client location

6) LCA & I-129

VO said visa is approved, but PIMS is not updated. Hopefully will get passport soon...

Hi,

For following question how should I answer

2) Since how long ur working?

In my case, i graduated 2009 January and i am on bench for 1 year.I got a job in 2010 march.

In my case I should tell 3 years or 4 years?

Please reply ASAP........

I am not sure how OPT works, but you mean, you did not have work for 1 year during your H1B, that's bad, because, on H1B your employer should not put you on bench -- i mean, even if you were, you have got paid continuously during that time.
