Admin Processing- H1B Vancouver March 6th

Hi,

My interview is on wednesday. VO said we need to do additional processing. But you should be ready by next week. He took my Passport and I797

I'm on EVC model.

VO: Which university did you do masters?

VO: How long are you working at employer

From past 10 months

VO: How long are you working at Client?

From past 2 and half years

VO: Did you change employers working from same client?

Yes, i got better opportunity

VO: Can i see your client letter

Gave him

Can i see your w2's for 2012?

Gave him

VO: He asked me again since how long are you working at current employer?

answered.

What does additional processing means.? He gave back my client letter/ Even He did not note down client details when he saw. In my ds 160 there are no client contact details. It has only client address. I gave my employer manager details in ds 160.

I'm not sure how many days it takes? Any one has this kind of situation.

You should be fine, I guess. Max. 2 weeks. He said, admin processing, so it is admin processing -- some minor verification or PIMS verification etc. Did you get your PIMS verification done before the visa interview? ...

<p>I think my PIMS verification is done,  because for few people who are not having PIMS verification complete, they are writing it on their ds 160 form in 1 counter before interview. They did not write anything like that for me.</p>

<p>My client letter mentioned my prime vendor name. My vendor mentioned my employer name but And Since the VO did not ask Vendor letter I did not give him.</p>

<p>Weird thing is he just asked my client letter..but he looked at it for a second may be. He just kept it aside and gave me back while I'm leaving. He did not read what is in the letter.</p>

<p>I'm so much worried..Is there a way I can reach out them? I'm not sure how they wanted to contact my client or vendor if they wanted to. He did not take any letters or note down the details.</p>

i was on the same boat, attended on march 5th on 5th counter, similar questions. was approved, waiting for passport.

did they wrote NO PIMS on your application in second floor ? if so then its under PIMS verification.

What form did the vo give you ? a 221G ?

They did not give me any 221 form.

By the way in the below link my status shows 'Refused'. Does it mean rejected? What should I do next?

No need to worry at all, from what information you shared. It will get approved and you will write here about it in a week or 2.

You had paystub, client letter etc. whatever was asked. You have genuine job, so no need to worry. They usually have access to your petition online so dont worry about vendor-client name thing. Trust VO, they usually dont play games. He said, 1 week they need for some additional processing, so trust him for the same and wait for a week or max. 2 weeks.

Do you know why VO asked multiple times about your current employer. Did you miss something to convey at the begining. Do you know if they contacted client or Vendor or your employer about job before updating the status. Also does your 2012 W2 had the amount matching your LCA.

Did you get your passport back and whats the latest status of your application. Did you contact any immigration attorney to assist you.

Hey nenu610, can you please let me know, what VO asked you at counter 5? I had similar case. Your case got approved in 2 days?? Did you have PIMS verified?

It seems that there was some data mismatch like State Tax and LCA dates did not match OR Salary less than LCA stipulated salary or something else. Other than that, it should have been good. Request your update.
