praveenvas
Hi, I have an approved H1B petition filed by my employer A for Client A. I am yet to go for Visa stamping. Now, my employer A is filing an amendment to my petition to allow me to work for Client B. 1. How long does it take for the amendment to be approved from the date of filing. 2. What is the associated fee for amendment? Thanks for your inputs. Regards Praveen. Link to comment
Attorney_11
An amendment petition is eligible for premium processing, a service by which the USCIS will adjudicate the petition within 15 days of filing for a fee of $1225. All other fees are the same and depend on the status of the petition and posture of the case. Please contact a qualified immigration attorney for more details and clarification. Link to comment
