H1B Amendment questions

Hi,

I have an approved H1B petition filed by my employer A for Client A. I am yet to go for Visa stamping. Now, my employer A is filing an amendment to my petition to allow me to work for Client B.

1. How long does it take for the amendment to be approved from the date of filing.

2. What is the associated fee for amendment?

An amendment petition is eligible for premium processing, a service by which the USCIS will adjudicate the petition within 15 days of filing for a fee of $1225.
