Immigration Reform

Hi there,

I am currently L1 A visa holder and will expire on July 2013. I applied for Green Card and it was denied. Made an appeal and denied again.

I have a petition under F3 category with priority date of March 2000. Is there a way that I can stay here or wait here while waiting for my petition to be current?

On the upcoming immigration reform, would there a possibility that it would be in favor regarding my situation co'z I really want to stay here.

Any ideas Atty., Sir, Madam. Thank you

"Applied for green card" is not a properly descriptive term here. What was denied, PERM, I-140, I-485? There may be ways to keep you in the US, but it depends on the specific facts of your case.

It is very unwise to rely on possible immigration reform, as there may not be any reform and if there is, it is not guaranteed to cover your situation.

It would be best if you would consult with a qualified immigration attorney as to your options.
