Travel to india on Previous Company H1B Visa

Hi folks,

I have a valid H1B Visa from Previous company till May,2013. My new H1b petition is valid till Jan 2015. I am aware of travelling with the existing Visa.I will be travelling to India in April 1st week and stay for 2 weeks.

While returning back, will there be any issue at POE as there will be only one month left on the Visa.Which I94 i should submit while leaving the country is it previous company or new I94.
