EB1A self petition and AC21

Hello friends,

I will appreciate if you can give me some input on this . I tried to look up the forum and did not find any recent entries.

I got my I-140 approved on EB1A and then submitted my I-485 / I-765. Fingerprinting was completed last week. My H1B (6 years) expires at the end of April 2012. I understand that I need to file AC21 for a job change while AOS is going on

1. Am I subject to the 180 days wait period since my I-140 was EB1A self petition?

2. Can I move from one job to another on the same EAD till its validity date. [ I am aware of the pros and cons of using EAD vs re-new H1B when the AOS is going on ]
