OPT Extension to H1-B filing

Hi,

Presently I am on OPT extension and it is going to end this july 2013. I have few questions: 1. I am planning to file my H1-B visa company A, if I get an offer come company B, can I transfer my application before approval or do I need to wait till it gets approved and change the employer??

2. I am offered a job by company C and it is not E-verified, Do I need to work only under E-verified company before H1-B approval or I can join and file my H1 with company C even though it is not E-verified.
