arnott Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 hi, I got my H1B visa renewed recently, and I noticed that in the I-94 it has the wrong DOB. It has my wife's DOB instead of mine. My immigration lawyer's office says they will give a letter explaining the issue when we go for visa stamping. Is that enough ? A similar issue was discussed here, last year. Is that the solution, to drop the I-94 with the wrong DOB at the airport when leaving USA ? Anyone else had similar experience ? Thanks.
