Now we are getting divorce form Indian court in couple of months. what is process to inform about my divorce to USCIS. After I got divorce decree from Indian court do I need send the copy of divorce decree or do we need to take any additional document from my spouse about divorce. Please share our ideas on this. Once I get divorce it is difficult for me to get any other documents from my spouse so I want make sure everything I can get before divorce final. Thanks Best regards test6862 Link to comment
