EAD Reneal - RFE on 756/131

Got an RFE on missing photos on 2/12 on 131/765. sent the photos and USCIS has approved 131 on 2/28( Approval is on its way). But although there's a RFE on 765, there was no RFE mail from USCIS. so, I called and got a fax of the copy of 765, which is again the photos. Mailed the photos on 3/2. My EAD expires on 3/21.

can some tell me, if, do I need to seek "Info pass" to expedite the process.

as you see USCIS has not the sent the RFE on 765 ( which is missing photos) as of this date. although they approved 131.

also, please note that, 131 RFE had Texas service center address where as 765 RFE ( fax copy) has Nebraska address. ( My GC was filed at NSC)
