H1-B Visa Stamping in Germany

I am traveling outside the US for work for the first time in 7 years. My company is sending me to Germany. I wanted to get my stamping done there. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have about 10 days in germany before my visa there expires.

I have a Masters degree and work in Manufacturing as a Quality Engineer. I have always worked directly for Employer and not through the vendor system.

What are my chances for administrative processing.

One can never tell what the chances of a 221g are. All you can do is ensure your docs are in order... If your line of work involves a TAL field, then you might expect some additional processing time.
