brijinder1 Posted March 1, 2013 Report Posted March 1, 2013 Hello, It would be of great help if anyone had the same situation and they can share the experience I am working on H1B visa which will expire on 28th Feb 2013. I have already got the H1B extension and my I-797 is valid till Oct 2014. I am coming to India this year to get married and get new visa stamping. Now while in U.S, I want to fill DS-160 for me and list my wife as dependent. I noticed that I am eligible for Interview waiver program but my wife does not have any prior visa stamping. What is the procedure to obtain visa (H4) for her in this case ? Thanks !
