I am plannng for India (Mumbai) stamping and come back to US before my visa expires. Could you please advice there will not be any problem in stamping since there is only two month left on my H1 and also NOT in port of entry during travel back. H1B expire :- July-31 India Travel from US:- May-15 Travel back to US :- July-05 Please respond. Thanks!!
