Stamping question weird experience

I recently appeared for visa interview in new delhi . It lasted for 2 mins, i was old by visa officer that my passport will be mailed. From that statement i inferred all is good and my visa is approved. Apparently i was wrong, I got an email from ustraveldocs saying

"In order to process non immigrant visa application, please, submit your all previous passport details at any nearest OFC, between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm."

After replying by mail i called the ustraveldocs call center to get a better idea on the status of my case.

The first thing they asked me was" were you issued any colored slip at the time for visa interview" i said no

they told me my case was in admin processing and might take 60 days.

My question to the forum is

Since i didnt get any 221g/ colored slips how do you rate my complexity of my case ?
