H1Visa639 Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 Hi All, I am in evvc category (employee-vendor-vendor-client) and am planning for Stamping in canada. I have questions regarding the format of the vendor letters and client letter. My Current situation: Working for state client for more than 2 years through a vendor and a prime vendor. I got my h1b approval with this client. My Questions: 1) My Client didn't mention none of the company names (my employer, vendor or prime vendor) in the Client letter. Is it good if I use that letter for stamping? or is there any rule that client has to mention either my employer name or vendor or prime vendor name in the client letter? 2) Prime vendor letter says only vendor name in the letter but he never mentions my employer name in the letter. Is it ok? 3) Only my direct vendor mentions my employer name. Please give me your suggestions. Thanks in advance, Kumar
sriki32 Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 Hi 1. If the client mentions just your employer. It should be good enough. as long as it says work is controlled by employer. There is no rule of mentioning vendor. 2. Avoid showing this letter. I cant suggest much on this. seek others advice. 3. As long as it says employer is controlling the work every letter should be good to my knowledge
