For three of us the interview was fairly simple.. My Experience.. I am in EVVC model.. --> After Security Check, they asked me to go to second floor. --> At Counter 1 they collected my Passport, I-797, DS -160 and a photo... --> After 10 mins, they gave my docs back and told to wait in the seating area..(On my Ds-160 they wrote some thing like 'PIMS Supplement Info' I dont know what that mean) --> After 15 mins, security guy took me to 20th floor and asked to wait for my turn.. --> After 10 mins, my turn came and went to Counter 6.. VO: Hi how are you Me: Hi Sir, I am doing good. How are you? VO: You work for End Client? Me: Yes Sir, I work for XXX Company VO: Whats you role there? Me: XXXXX VO: What you do there? Me: I work on XX Applications.. VO: I dont know about that XX application..What is the use of that XX Application.. what do you do using that in your current project? Me: Explained about project and the use of XX Applications VO: How long have you been working for this Client ? Me: 3 Months VO: What is your Client location? Me: XXX VO: Who is your last Client? Me: XXX VO: How long you worked for them? Me: X Yrs VO: Can I see your I-129? Me: Yes Sir, gave my I-129 - went through all the pages..asked me to wait and went inside with I-129 and came back in a minute VO: Can I see you LCA? Me: Yes Sir, gave my LCA - went though all the pages in LCA VO: Does you employer pay properly? Me: yes Sir, I get paid on Xth and Xnd of every month VO: Can I see your Pay stubs? Me: Gave 2 yrs pay stubs, he looked at the first one and gave them back. Through out the interview the VO was writing my responses on a white paper..Then he started entering all the information on the white paper into the system for almost 5min.. VO: Thanks for your patience, I am approving your VISA.. you can collect your passport in 3 days.. Me: Thanks you Sir, Have a great day.. All the best for your interviewss Link to comment

Could you provide me with the checklist for the documents needed for the H1B stamping? I am planning to go to Canada too. Also, could you me some idea on how later the dates for interview are available? Had you bought the flight tickets ahead of time or after you scheduled for the interview? Thank you in advance. battuji Posted March 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 2, 2013 Yes i got my passport on 1st.. You need to take a photo... Forgot to mention earlier.. VO asked about my M.S and my major and year.. VO didnt asked me for client letter.. But its required.. VO did for others.. Link to comment
