I am attending the H1 interview on March 6th @ 10 am at Vancouver.

Getting the documents ready , flight and hotel booked with few other girls.

It would be great if everyone in the same boat share your experience and sync up here with tips , things to take care of , preparations etc.

Have client letter, but don't have a vendor letter. will it be a problem??

If you have client letter that should do it. But try to get a letter from vendor. Usually vendors donot have problem providing it.

Thank you for your responses ! I dont have a Vendor letter , I have something called purchase order between my employer and vendor. I beleive we should be fine with just client letter as my client states about both Vendor and employer. As the consulate is in Downtown there are lot of hotels nearby , like comfort Inn , days inn etc.
