Attorney_11 Posted March 5, 2013 Report Share Posted March 5, 2013 It does not appear from the instructions on the naturalization form that a copy of valid the passport is mandatory. However, if time outside of the United States is an issue to the naturalization, the USCIS may want to examine the current and previous passports. It may be advisable to seek the counsel of a qualified immigration attorney. Link to comment
