EB2 NIW or Eb1-EA ? h4 to f1(phd) to GC ?

So, i am starting my PHD from JAn 2014 and currently on h4.

Will my PHD in "Apparel & Textiles" fall under the NIW ? Unfortunately, there's no specific criteria listed by USCIS degree-wise, the general criteria says:
