Regarding Canada Visa for H1B stamping

Hello,

I did apply for Canada visa two weeks back using H1B letter and I am waiting on it. I got my H1B visa using client A and now I am working for a client B. Two days back I was informed by my lawyer that I need to go for stamping only after doing the amendment of H1 Visa . My question is do I need to re-apply again to Canada visa with the new Receipt Number once i get approval of amendment. Please do let me know If anybody has some solution for this.

Hi

Your earlier H1B letter to Canada consulate is to get the Canada visa. It is not tied to that. If you already have the Canada Visa (or if it is under process) no issues.
