mailmeatsk Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Hi All, one of my friends is planning to apply for a new H1 on April 1st of this year. he is planning to do premium processing, will he be knowing the result by May 1st, as the USCIS will start accepting new H1's for FY from April 1. Please share your opinions guys.
