Hi,

We have filed COS from L1 to L2 in vermont centre and its been 2 months still application is in initial review

How long does it take?can we withdraw application and file a new application and go out of country and get it stamped? We need visa ASAP to file my EAD.. What is quicker ways? Really worried..:(

If you want it to be processed quickly, upgrade the filing from regular to premium processing which would cost you around $1250.00. USCIS will take decision / respond on your case within 15 days. To apply for EAD, you don't need visa, but approved petition.
