VB2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Hi Newbie - Congratulations. Was this the same client you been working at since your current I797 approval? Did you have to do a H1 amendment due to client change for this Visa appointment? Also - did your client letter have a Project end date? My dilema is wether to get an amendment done or not as my client has changed. LCA is updated for new location but H1 not ameneded. I booked my visa appt at Vancouver and now thinking wether to go ahead or not. Reason being PO is only given for 3 months at a time. Please share your sitaution as it will help me decide. Thanks in advance. VB
