majid342 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 Hi All, I have an important question: I have Company A visa stamped until 2015.. if I move to company B now... shall I need to go for stamping again when I go my home country? or can i travel back with company A visa stamped with I797 from Company B? If I ask this question 10 friends.. 5 say I dont have to and 5 say I have to.. its so confusing .. Please dear friends can anybody share if they have been through such situations.. and Attorney Guru's kindly shed your knowledge, it will be very beneficial to all of us.
