I140 approval notice clarification

Hi

My perm-applied in EB3- I140 approved with employer A.

Now planning to file perm in EB2 with employer B.

I dont have the copy or the receipt number of my I140 approval.

How can I port the PD from EB3 to EB2?

Is A# enough?

If not is there anyways to get my approval notice or the receipt number from USCIS?

Btw, is there any chance my I140 can be revoked by my employer A?
