H1 extension post Labor approval

Hi,

Here is my case.

My current i-94 is valid till March 5th, 2013.

Labor has been approved.

I-140 is still to be adjudicated (response expected in a 2 days)

LCA for H extension filed today (Feb 25, 2013).

I have been given 2 options.

1. Wait in US till March 5th, if LCA is approved and H extension is file then i can work after march 5th.

2. Leave US prior to March 5th work remotely till H extension is received.

Please can someone advise which would be a safer option and why?

Hi,

My case is status is as under :

My current i-94 is valid till April 3rd, 2013.

my I-140 is approved

My Extension has been received at VT on - 3/26/2013 - Tuesday 10:57 am.

But notice of receipt is yet not generated/received. so can I legally work after April 3 2013?
